1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using VeritiMusic. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to use it responsibly and within these rules.

2. Content you upload

Only upload content you own or have the rights to use — your own statements, music, artwork, photos and materials. Don’t upload anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

Don’t upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that contains malware.

If you add other people’s details (for example, contacts), make sure you’re allowed to, and use them only for legitimate, lawful outreach.

3. Things you must not do

Don’t try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the Service, or access data that isn’t yours.

Don’t scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing product.

Don’t misrepresent your data or use the Service to deceive others, commit fraud, or launder money.

Don’t misuse the AI tools — for example, to generate misleading, unlawful or abusive content.

4. Selling responsibly

If you use your storefront, only sell goods that are lawful and that you have the right to sell. You’re responsible for your products, your descriptions, fulfilment and refunds.

5. Outreach and third-party platforms

Use the contact and pitch tools for genuine, relevant outreach — not spam or bulk unsolicited messaging. Respect the rules of any service you contact.

When you run ads or post on platforms like Meta, TikTok or YouTube, follow those platforms’ own policies. You’re responsible for what you publish there.

6. If you break these rules

We may remove offending content and, depending on the seriousness, suspend or close your account. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful activity.
