Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Who we are

VeritiMusic is operated by VERITIMUSIC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17472125) (“VeritiMusic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us any time at info@veritimusic.ai.

VERITIMUSIC LTD was incorporated on 21 September 2026. Before that date the Service was operated by its founder as a sole trader, and these Terms applied in the same way.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VeritiMusic platform, website and tools (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. What VeritiMusic does

VeritiMusic is music business intelligence for independent artists. We take the data you give us — your distributor statements, streaming-dashboard exports and screenshots, and the details you enter — organise it into one clear picture, and give you tools to act on it (promotion copy, station and curator research, a fan storefront, and more).

We report what your data evidences. We do not calculate, estimate, guarantee or invent your earnings, streams, listeners or chart positions. Figures shown are drawn from what you have uploaded or confirmed, and we always aim to show you where a number came from.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything that happens under it.

We sign you in with a secure link sent to your email rather than a password. Keep access to your email account secure, and let us know promptly if you think someone else has gained access to your account.

You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date — the Service is only as accurate as the data you put into it.

4. Your data and content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your statements, audio, artwork, photos, text and other materials (“Your Content”). We don’t claim ownership of it.

You grant us a licence to store and process Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, parsing a statement, analysing a track, or building an ad from your image). We do not sell Your Content. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that using it on the Service won’t infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.

5. Subscriptions and payment

VeritiMusic has a free tier — your statement uploads and your dashboard — and a paid subscription (currently £19.99 per month; £9.99 per month for Founding Artists, for as long as their subscription stays active) that unlocks the full tool set.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your paid access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and we don’t charge you again after that.

We may change our prices or what each tier includes. If we do, we’ll give you reasonable notice before it affects you. Payments are handled by Stripe under their own terms; we don’t store your full card details.

6. Selling to your fans (your storefront)

If you set up a storefront, you sell your music, merch and tickets directly to your fans. Payments go to your own connected Stripe account — we never hold your earnings.

We charge a 2% platform fee on storefront sales (plus any payment-processing fees charged by Stripe). You are the seller of record: you’re responsible for your products, for fulfilling orders, for any refunds, and for making sure what you sell is lawful and yours to sell.

7. AI-assisted tools

Some tools generate drafts for you — ad copy, images, pitch emails and similar — with the help of AI, built from your own data. These are starting points to save you a blank page.

You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish, send or run it. Check it’s accurate, that it reflects you, and that you’re happy to stand behind it.

8. Promotion and third-party platforms

When you run ads, you do so on your own accounts with platforms like Meta, TikTok or YouTube, and you pay those platforms directly. We don’t control them, set your budgets, or handle your ad spend.

Station, curator and contact lists are a directory to help you reach out — they are not a promise of airplay, coverage or any result. Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.

9. No guarantee of results

The Service helps you see your data clearly and put your music in front of more people. It does not guarantee streams, sales, followers, income or any other outcome. Any decisions you make using the Service are your own.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by uploading content you don’t have the rights to, attempting to break or overload the Service, or using it to harm others. Our Acceptable Use Policy has the detail.

11. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features as the platform grows.

12. Our intellectual property

The VeritiMusic platform, software, design and brand belong to us. These Terms don’t give you any rights in them beyond using the Service as intended. Your Content remains yours.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under the law — for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

When your account ends, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we’ll update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
